Hate my meat some days
Dec. 10th, 2009 04:59 pmIn strange oral mysteries news, so apparently one of the fun and interesting side benefits of Crohn's is occasional riots of canker sores. Which sucks right now - my lips are no longer swollen, but eating/drinking/doing anything with my mouth right now other than talking (durr hurr hurr, laugh it up fuzzballs) is quite fantastically painful.
Going to go home, gargle and swish with obscenely salty water, and have myself a colossal pout.

Missing books
Dec. 10th, 2009 06:50 pmI can't find my copy of The Master and Margarita. This is harshing my mellow superhardcore right now, especially as I'd been telling cell23 about it this afternoon. Also I REALLY liked the translation/edition I had and I don't think its in print anymore.
Also - denizens of Harmony House, are my Black Jewels books still floating around there somewhere or does the Blue have them?
Seriously, supermad right now. I'm hoping really hard that I left it in New York or lent it to someone, because if I lost it in the move I'm going to be pissed. Course if I had, one of Them probably would have returned it by now.
Bah, gonna sulk and contemplate dinner now.
