I was gonna wait until I actually hit the halfway point before I made another HOLY CRAP BEADS post, but after picking beads out of verbena76 and aersi's carpet on Tuesday night during Vampire (admittedly kinda more amusing with four people going "ooh, wait there's one"!) fuck it.

Seriously though, arrrrrgh.

Anycrap. ONWARDS TO LOTS OF PICTURES.



So haven't made too too much progress with this last month, but have managed to put in some infrequent marathon sessions here and there. The main accomplishment since the last post really is finishing up the onion dome in the center.

(note: pincushion from subquixote serving its intended purpose quite nicely.



Also while I technically finished these three guys last time, you can see them better now that they're standing on something.



Also notably, the last badge on the right's begun. Which is awesome because while that stretch of "black" isn't quite as bad as crossing the desert used to be, it's still pretty bad. I credit lots of Lost Girl with getting me through that section.



So there we have it. Also obligatory "here's where we are on the pattern" graphic is obligatory.



Note, I did not hugely screw up on the left! I just noticed this was based off an older draft of the pattern before I shifted the last badge upwards. Ooops. Well, better a mistake on screen than one in execution!

A little bit grumpy at my slowing pace, but you know. Life. I don't think I'm gonna make my April estimated time of doneness, but may make May if I bust my ass... and/or my wrists.

Besides, no one's really going to complain if I post again when I do hit 50% for realsies.
