Downloaded The Fame Monster last night. Been listening to it more or less on loopsince about noon, with special attention paid to "Bad Romance" and "Teeth."

The terrifying thing about her isn't so much that she appears to be batshit insane (I'm inclined to agree that it's a calculated insanity, not an actual one). It's the fact that under the batshit insanity, the woman is pretty fiercely talented.

Also, not everyone can get away with stalking across a room wearing an entire polar bear for a coat.

That's the thing that sticks in my craw. She DOES. She really doesn't need that crutch. I realize that autotune has gone beyond a "fix-it" tool and is now a key style element in modern pop, but so help me I'm sick to death of that sound.
