Downloaded The Fame Monster last night. Been listening to it more or less on loopsince about noon, with special attention paid to "Bad Romance" and "Teeth."

The terrifying thing about her isn't so much that she appears to be batshit insane (I'm inclined to agree that it's a calculated insanity, not an actual one). It's the fact that under the batshit insanity, the woman is pretty fiercely talented.

Also, not everyone can get away with stalking across a room wearing an entire polar bear for a coat.

Okay, I need a mashup of that with this. Both song and video. Somebody get on that, kay?

Yes just discovered Lady Gaga about a week ago or so. Damn...some of her music videos from her latest album are amazing. I love the costumes. Have you seen the music video for Paparazzi?

Whoa. I can't tell what creeps me out the most about her--she seems to have at least three different faces, depending on what kind of makeup she's wearing and the lighting of the scene. It's either that, or the obsession with face prosthetics.

That said, I am totally in agreement with you that the polar bear coat is made of awesome.

I think the part of this that really cracks me up is all of the dancers strutting around looking like a BDSM/ Where The Wild Things Are mashup. Assless pleather chaps + well beloved children's book = chart smashing success. Who knew?
