My mother use to (affectionately?) refer to one of my (now ex) gf's jobs as that. My gf was trained would-be doctors on the praticals (like bedside manner) of giving gynaecological exams (ie: on herself). Said gf was the sort who was absolutely thrilled being a stunt cunt.
