Story of a nap, in 3 pictures

Lovebug: RUN RUN RUN RUN FLOP DOWN ON FLOOR IN FRONT OF TV

Me: There's nothing on, kiddo. And you don't want to watch golf.

Lovebug: But I like golf!

Me: ...okay?



[10 minutes later]


Lovebug: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Me: ...D'AWWWWWW *squee*


Seriously, it was like one second he was all hyper, then he just... keeled over and went to sleep. There was a really cute moment when cell23 got down on the floor with him and Lovebug just snuggled up with Daddy and it was adorable as hell but they didn't hold still long enough for me to grab a picture of them.

A little later I scooped him off the floor and onto the couch and snuggled up with him... and fell asleep myself.



Only bad part about it was we both woke up when he had a bad dream and started crying. Still, it was cute... and I apparently needed the nap!

My mom has a very similar story about me. My dad's parent's house was basically a big circle, and I had been steadily truckin' through that circle until they stopped hearing me, and saw me passed out on the living room floor. They say it looked like I fell over mid-stride, even.
