I'm on the same page as you about most of these, and I will be the first to admit that Quiverfuls make me squick and hard. However the main criticism I hear about them amounts to how dare she use her vagina as a revolving door just by itself, and not even knowing all the troubling hyperreligious reasoning behind it. Which gets on my nerves, especially since the people tending to make these sorts of comments also tend to lump families of a size bigger than 2.3 kids in with them. I've had to shut down a CFHardcore (now ex) friend of mine for describing any family with more than 3 kids as "disgusting" to my face, so the subject tends to get my back up.
