I have a few absolute holiday favorites:
Anything Christmassy sung by Nat King Cole or Bing Crosby (exception being "Baby, it's cold outside" and weirdly enough including "Mele Kalikimaka" which i feel kinda guilty for liking).
"Dominic the Donkey" Yeah yeah yeah, I know, shut up. Moving on.
"Dreidel" The four part South Park version, specifically. That is a brilliant bit of arrangement.
"What's This?" - from The Nightmare Before Christmas. My absolute favorite sequence of this movie.
"Silent Night" - The Temptations version. Man, they don't make countertenors and basses like that anymore.
And finally there's this one piece of Mozart's called "The Sleigh Ride" (not to be confused with "Sleigh Ride") that I only ever hear around the holidays that I absolutely go nuts for.
