Getting more than a little worried about this ongoing headache situation. I've been pretty much chalking it up to a really bad migraine, but I'm worried about how it's been, oh, 75 hours and while it's not a sharp stabbing pain anymore, my head still has periods of throb and sore that are only eased by naps/dark rooms/pressure on various points of my face. it also seems to be slowly working its way across my head - started behind the right eye, spread down to my jaw and teeth (chewing's been interesting past couple days) and the past few days it's wandered over to the left side of my face, so now everything in front of my ears is sore as hell and occasionally throbby.

I've been drinking water, my usual morning coffee, and popping extra strength tylenol every 4-7 hours, which is keeping me more or less functional (and me from stabbing Dad at his most fussy) and hanging out in low light for the past few days. It all helps, but still, my head's been in a more or less constant state of ow since 10am on Thursday, which sucks - I have trouble concentrating/functioning to begin with; three days of pulsating ouch is not at all helpful.

I know some of you get migraines more than once or twice every five years, should I be freaking out now or give it a couple more days to settle out?

hmm, gotta start getting myself together so i can get out of here...

ETA: 4:54... headache seems to have finally faded. Teeth and jaw still sore and I'm still blowing glue out of my nose so I think those of you that presented a sinus related issue might be on to something. Thanks!
