Someone in my dreams was yelling at me this morning just before and in between ALARM SMASH. Most of the tirade is gone, as is the person yelling, but one sentence just bubbled back to the surface.

"You trust far too easily with your body and not easily enough with your mind. No wonder you get used and left."
