Mar. 21st, 2010 08:10 pmVery quiet sort of Sunday. I didn't get too many Actually Lucrative things done, but I did get outside, did get some stuff cleaned up around the house, did get tomorrow's lunch made and my hair, while still not king yarned, is at least braided up in a fairly pretty fashion. So I suppose I got something done besides take the time to unravel a bit of my brain that I've been idly worrying at for at least a week. So, not a complete wash. Besides, the evening ain't quite over yet.
I borrowed Rome Season 2 from
delirium_deva today, and watched all the special making of/historical nattering features while I did my hair. I'm definitely one of those people that will watch a DVD set into the ground, especially of a series or a movie I like a lot. Not even for just the movie, if I've bought a DVD chances are I've already seen the movie in question. But I will watch it with whatever commentary tracks came with it, watch all the LOOKIT HOW WE DID THIS COOL THING features, and laugh at the blooper reels until I pee. I don't know... I always found that a weird quirk about myself... no one else seems to find the package filler nearly as fascinating as I do.
Meh I don't know. I seem to have a major case of the sundays going on. Vaguely considering finding another book to curl up and have a good sulk with tonight. It could be the early onset of teh premenstruals as it's about that time, then again it could be something entirely else. In any case, thinking I may just cap the day by curling up in bed with another book (I did read one today already) and hope my brain stops spinning its tires.
