Apr. 23rd, 2012 09:56 amWeekend had its ups and downs. Farmers market, kids, the last bell concert of the season (which means my Wednesdays are freed up until the fall, yay!), getting Kidzilla cute socks at Target (dear gods, shopping for little girls should NOT be that much fun), breakfast with some of the gang, unexpected game windfall for the snes and the wii, interesting conversations w/r/t life and the wedding with
cell23... those were some of the high points. I can't say it had too many low points, just eh points, mostly fueled by being tired, vaguely ill and cranky, but they tended to be shorter and scattered.
I signed up for a Hulu plus trial, mostly because I wanted to watch the episode of Community I'd missed last week on MonsterVision as opposed to on EPEEN. So far, not impressed, and will probably cancel it before they charge me. First of all, there are still ads in the programming and not everything is available for streaming on devices other than a computer. Also the catalog is in general either terrible or overlaps with Netflix offerings. Definitely not worth paying for both services.
I don't know, not much really to report in the land of Andee, honestly. Pretty much the state of me is tired, and kinda crohns-y, and I want nothing more than a nap and a hot cuppa something, but it's still hours and miles to do before I sleep, especially since there will be nerds in my kitchen tonight and my downstairs is still something of a fright due to me not dealing with things and hurricane Tatro moving through over the weekend. Then maybe sleep?
