I have no weekend plans on purpose. Usually I'm all like "And I'm gonna do this this and this" and by Sunday night I hate myself. So this weekend I'm not planning to do shit. Which is fine because I still need to exorcise the remnants of this cold from my system, and just... I guess rest and regroup. Plus there's a snowstorm coming and River's still broken so it's not like I COULD accomplish anything huge if I wanted to.
There are things I WANT to do this weekend. Beadwork, website work, clean the house, watch the oscars, do my taxes, watch the second season of Lost Girl, do something with my hair, remember to take my vitamins. But I'm not going to flip out if I don't get to some/all of them. My weekend may in fact be spent curled up on the couch with Lily purring in my lap. The trick is to be fine with that. Like last night - I pretty much went down for shenanigans with cell23 at around 7:30 and I didn't get back out of bed really until 9:45 this morning. Waste of an evening? sure - I spent most of the time after shenanigans were done farting about on the iPad from bed, because, well, I could, bed was comfy and I was feeling mighty lazy. But I probably also needed the rest, so I need to not think about it like that.
Oh, theoretically I have a bells performance on Sunday morning, but since the church already rescheduled Saturday night's spaghetti dinner, I'm actually kinda hoping church is snowed out too. See my post a couple back about being 34 years old and still praying for snow days...
