I valiantly made it into the office today despite a lack of coffee. Paid for it by carrying around a truly appalling headache for most of today. I'm sure lack of sleep last night was a factor. Certainly made my commute home a bit more interesting/dangerous. I didn't actually fall asleep at the wheel, but I did catch myself slipping a little bit several times. Made it safely back, mind, but we are not going to be doing that again, precious.
Came home, made myself some dinner... and that's pretty much it, since I pretty much collapsed at 6:30 and didn't drag my carcass back up until 11. Good times. Least the headache's gone.
Other notable accomplishment of the day - discovering hulu has a few eps of Joel era MST3K lying around (dear fates I miss that show) one of which helpfully got me through my workday. Also my home desktop is now a collection of lurid shades of magenta/pink. Mostly because I wanted Mr Unicorn from last week to be my desktop background. My life needed a little bit of fabulous in it okay, don't judge.
Tomorrow will hopefully be a little more clearheaded, seeing as we have coffee in the house again. Also I have my assignments for the week from work so I plan to spend much of the day dealing with those, cleaning, and watching either TrueBlood or Mad Men.
