Pictures being worth a thousand words and all.

I thought I had a big long entry in me about it, but I don't really. I wasn't really happy with the crop of pictures I did end up taking, but this is not gonna be our last trip up, so I'll get the stuff I missed next summer.

I had a good time... but I'm glad to be back in my Happy Valley. Even if it is hot and humid as balls.

As usual, the pictures of your Dad make me smile at them, even though I know he's not actually smiling at me. Your whole family looks pretty happy and relaxed in these and that's great. :)

The signs on the ferry are amusing, too, especially the redundant message about the ship's whistle being loud.

The sign about the whistle is warranted, though. I shit you not I was standing on the deck taking pictures and I nearly dropped my camera into the damn water.
