I've been steadily battling the onslaught of "Friday" and its covers by listening to Gnarls Barkley a lot lately. Specifically, of course, "Crazy."

Yeah I know I'm a little late to the gnarls barkley party and it's kind of old meme now. Whatever. Thing about good music is that even if you discover it years after everyone else does, it's still good, you know?

In other news, I have arrived safely in new york with a head full of noise and glimmers of things that may be great. Already the concrete and steel take their effects, apparently.

Have a bit to do tonight. May borrow Dad's ipad so I can netflix Buffy while I tend to it.

I think this is one of my favourite songs of all time. I came to it late too, just last year I think, and I couldn't agree more that good music is good music regardless of when you find it, in fact, I think if you find it late in the game, that's maybe better because the hype has faded, and all that remains is the work itself.

I still love that song, and the video is one of the coolest ever IMO.
