Started the day with an exceptionally creepy dream about being stalked by a guy dressed up as a clown. Think Pennywise, only with a rainbow wig instead of the flat red. The thing that made it even more scary was I was pretty sure it was
birkwelch under the makeup, only he had WAY too many pointy teeth when he smiled. Not a good thing to wake up from. Luckily horrid dream mostly chased away by
cell23's three alarm clocks (his room sounds like a day in WWII air raid hell between 7:30 and 8:20) and then by half an hour of glomph kiss you-no-go-work/away-nau glomph harder, lol. That made it better.
Dumped about half the clothes I brought up from NY with me into my storage locker. No point in taking all of it back with me only to bring it right the hell on back, you know? Also swung by Kamins and gave them our first months rent so they pretty much have to give us keys now, lol. Move date is on Tuesday, and we're gonna have to figure out something creative as I'm taking a bunch of cell23's furniture as well as my OMGTV before he moves out on the 31st. Returned the car, and was very sad to do so - I did rather like that Sentra. I think I may indeed be mostly looking for those when I do go car hunting, and the adorable guys at the Northampton Enterprise did remind me that they also sell cars. That's where
morlock got the Surfer after all. So... something else to look into. Anyone want to be my car shopping buddy for the next couple weeks?
So now I'm sitting in the Haymarket, being rather amused that I seem to always end up here when I'm waiting for a bus. Also having a bit of a whoa moment, as it's probably one of the last times I will do so for a while. By the next time I head back down to the City, I will most likely have my own set of wheels. Mecourse, anwhile, I have a crapton to accomplish in the several days I'm in NYC. Methinks I will spend the bus trip down making lists and plans. And listening to thumpy untz untz untz music, though it's really not the same doing so through headphones as through car speakers. *sigh* wow, I really really liked that Sentra.
Of course, getting things accomplished is going to be challenging, as this morning the uterus was all Y HELO THAR have some scarlet! and my nose is all "hey, you know what, it's been way too long since you've had the inside of me all swollen and icky, how's now work for you?) Ugh. Note to self, buy o.b. and Abreva. Actually Iwonder if I can call Kathleen and ask if she can write me a scrip for those happy purple pills... I always forget to ask about that when I'm there. I also need to call Dr. Tassoni - I'm out of refills on my Humira and need to change the address of the next delivery anyhow.
Oh gods. I need to change my address EVERYWHERE. aaaaaaaaaah
Ugh. I know I will be gone for less than a week, but I really don't want to leave, even for that long. Still, I leave knowing that there are a cubic crapton of people will be glad to see me when I come back, and I have a brandy new place to fill up with my crap and my life and such like. It's a nice day to START AGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN.... lol
