Oh my last night was fantastic. Starting fromcell23 popping by right after work and presenting me with the lovely handful in the previous post. Squeeee! Also apparently Cara was a florist at some point in her life - the pretty arrangement and the candy cane vase are hers. :)
Karaoke was pretty massively kick-ass.cell23 held court with a table full of ladies again; aersi, avalon616, Cara, delerium_deva (who is adorable when she's toasty), and special surprise guest lysscat who came bearing a slice of delicious chocolate cheesecake decadence for me. NOM. It was also one of the better nights at the bar - lots of regulars, lots of appreciative people (cell23 got mad kudos for doing "Gay Bar"), "Cotton Eye Joe" (how do you keep up with that whole dance without having a heart attack??) and closing out the night and the bar with all of us on stage, swaying none too steadily, singing "Piano Man." Twas a good night indeed, only slightly marred by coming home to realize I'd left my keys at aersi's. Yeah. Called in late to work.
Yeah speaking of which, this is the first day I get to take Hanzo-san to work. Wish us luck! :)
