Poor sad puppy.
So I was thinking - I have the space, the TV and the seating and a vague desire to throw a Super Bowl party. Not that I have any interest or understanding of football, I just kinda want to have a whole lot of friends over, cook dinner, drink, eat a hell of a lot of junk food and basically have a reason to be rowdy. If I had one, would you come?
Another option would be an Oscars party. Dress code for everyone (including guys) would be ball gowns and feather boas, but the same principles (drinking, eating, rowdy-ness and participatory culture) would apply.
In related but not really news, I make damn delicious chicken fingers.
