Major crisis of the week averted/solved/fixed. Thank you for all the help and cheerleading y'all, you have no idea how much it means and just how necessary all of it was just to keep my ass going.
Still scheduled to head out to PA this weekend, I was going to head out earlier today after shit got handled, but it was pretty readily apparent by three o'clock that stress, 2 hours of sleep, and running on adrenaline for 12 hours straight did not make for a safe, sane driving experience. New game plan is to stay home tonight, eat, take care of myself, SLEEP OMG SLEEP, rot my brain with The Soup and other mindless TV, SLEEP SOME MORE, and head out at STFU BIRDS OR I'LL SHOOT YOU o'clock. Also be somewhat impressed that while it sucks that I had to do it, and the process was full of hate and horrible, I got business HANDLED today. Yeah, I still suck at day to day living, but when push really comes to shove, I really can PWN a crisis until it dies.
Everyone has to have one marketable skill, eh? *sigh*
Also today dropped an amazing short story idea into my head. I may spend the drives this weekend working it out. As usual when this happens, I'm a wee bit miffed - like I bitched to![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
verbena76 earlier, why can't the muse show up on a day when I've been playing Echo Bazaar and Metropolis and breeding dragons all day as opposed to when I really fucking seriously have no time to deal with her... but at least she leaves her gifts behind to be pondered at a later date.
I'm going to be horizontal some more now. Probably catch all y'all on Sunday.
