This year I would seriously rather skip the whole thing, since I can't afford Jesus this time around, lol. But in general I actually love the holidays. Seriously, if I ever manage to get a house someday I'm totally reenacting that whole Christmas lights thing from National Lampoon Christmas Vacation. Down to synchronizing the lights to the Hallelujah chorus. And I like Christmas carols. And candles. And gingerbread. And trees. And while I haven't been all that big on getting presents since I was about 15 or so, I LOVE giving them.

Also I miss the holidays in New York. The city never looks prettier than during December.
